Elkhorn Mine Tailings Stabilization Request for Proposals

Beaverhead Conservation District is requesting qualifications from firms capable of providing professional services to Beaverhead Conservation District. The services will involve the reclamation and remediation of the Elkhorn Mine and Mill site. The Conservation District has been awarded Department of Natural Resource and Conservation (DNRC) funding for the project.

Proposals are to be submitted to Jess at Beaverheadcd@gmail.com. Proposals must be received no later than 1:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, April 17, 2025. Finalist may or may not be interviewed based on an evaluation of written responses. All factors considered; the award of the contract would be made to the most qualified offer whose proposal is deemed most advantageous to Beaverhead County, cost will also be taken into account.
